  1. Where can I find the LinkMatch options page?

    By clicking on the green checkmark in the right upper corner of your Chrome browser. If you don’t see the green checkmark you can click on the vertically positioned 3 grey dots in the right upper corner of your Chrome browser, then “More Tools”, “Extensions”, navigate LinkMatch for “YOUR CRM SYSTEM”, click “Details” and finally “Extension Options”.
  2. Does LinkMatch fetches the email and phone number?

    Only if it’s available on the LinkedIn page of a particular LinkedIn profile. We do have plans to expand this functionality and provide an email even if it’s not available on the LinkedIn page of a particular profile.
  3. How do I save/update LinkedIn profiles in bulk/in a batch instead of one by one?

    Unfortunately no, we used to have such feature, but it appeared to require too much of maintenance, so it was discontinued.
  4. Do you offer integrations with other CRM systems?

    Currently we are integrated with Zoho CRM/Recruit, PipeDrive, Greenhouse, Close.io, Insightly, CATS, PCRecruiter. This list is constantly expanding with the plans of further integrations in the future. If you’d like us to integrate with a system that’s not on the list, please drop us a line a team@linkmatch.net and we’ll let you know what could be done.
  5. How can I become a LinkMatch partner?

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a partnership program at the moment, however, this might change in the future.
  6. Does LinkMatch work with all LinkedIn plans?

    Yes
  7. Does LinkMatch work with my current CRM subscription?

    If you are using a CRM system that we are integrated with: Zoho CRM/Recruit, PipeDrive, Greenhouse, Close.io, Insightly, CATS, PCRecruiter then LinkMatch would work with any type of subscription that you may have with that system including Freemium.
  8. Are there any limitations from LinkMatch on how many profiles I can match/parse to my CRM?

    There are no limitations from LinkMatch, however, LinkedIn has a limitation of around 300 profile views per 24 hours before requiring you to confirm your identity through CAPTCHA for each subsequent profile that you would view after the 300. And there are also limitations on the amount of APi calls that LinkMatch could make to your CRM system. These limitations are imposed by the CRM system itself, please make sure to check with your CRM provider on the amount of APi calls you can make per company/individual within 24 hours. It will differ for each CRM system.
  9. Do you support Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge, other browsers?

    Unfortunately, not at the moment, however, we do have plans to integrate with other browsers aside from Chrome in the nearest future.
  10. How can I synch LinkedIn messages with my CRM?

    We are working on this feature at the moment. The full roll out for PipeDrive should happen in May, 2018 afterwards we’ll start the implementation of the same feature for Zoho CRM which should be ready by July, 2018.
  11. Can you develop a custom feature for our company?

  12. Do you integrate with other apps/software/websites besides LinkedIn?

    Unfortunately, not at the moment. Our primary focus is LinkedIn and different CRM systems.

Issues and Troubleshooting

  1. I don't see the green/orange checkmark or red cross?

    Please make sure that you’re logged into your CRM system and LinkMatch with the same email address, then refresh the LinkedIn page and try again.
  2. The circle just spins and nothing happens?

    Please try the remedy from the previous question:)
  3. I'm getting an error when trying to save a LinkedIn profile to my CRM?

    Please send us a screenshot of the error to team@linkmatch.net
  4. I can't log into LinkMatch?

    Please click on the green checkmark in the right upper corner of your Chrome browser and you will see the LinkMatch login page. If you don’t see the green checkmark you can click on the vertically positioned 3 grey dots in the right upper corner of your Chrome browser, then “More Tools”, “Extensions”, navigate LinkMatch for “YOUR CRM SYSTEM”, click “Details” and finally “Extension Options”. If when logging in you’re getting some kind of an error, please send us a screenshot of the error to team@linkmatch.net
  5. My LinkMatch stopped working all of a sudden, what do I do?

    Please make sure that you’re logged into your CRM system and LinkMatch with the same email address, then refresh the LinkedIn page and try again. If it doesn’t help, please reach out to us either through our chat at linkmatch.net or team@linkmatch.net
  6. LinkMatch says that a LinkedIn profile is in my CRM, whereas, it's not (or visa versa)?

    Please send us a link to that LinkedIn profile and a screenshot of the mismatched profile in your CRM to team@linkmatch.net. We will take a look at what’s causing the issue and will try to resolve it
  7. LinkMatch doesn't save the information correctly, some of the information is missing

    Please make sure that you have all the necessary information that you would like to be saved properly mapped from the LinkMatch options page, “Parsing Options” tab. Also please note that LinkMatch will only save the information that is available on the LInkedIn page. If you have everything mapped properly and the information is indeed present on the LinkedIn page, but LinkMatch still doesn’t save it - please reach out to us at linkmatch.net our at team@linkmatch.net

  1. How do I subscribe to LinkMatch?

    Either by going to the LinkMatch options page and then choosing the “Subscription Settings” tab and then clicking “Subscribe” or sending us a request through linkmatch.net or team@linkmatch.net
  2. I can't purchase/subscribe to LinkMatch, my credit card is being declined, what should I do?

    This means that your bank is declining or not approving the transaction. Please contact your bank and ask them to clear this particular transaction as well as lift any limits that you may have on internet or overseas transactions. In addition, you can try purchasing through a different browser or trying a different credit card or PayPal.
  3. How do I start my free LinkMatch trial?

    By going to linkmatch.net and clicking “Try Out LinkMatch For Free”, then under the CRM system that’s applicable to you click “Start Your Free Trial”
  4. Is the trial absolutely free/ do you need my credit card?

    Yes, the trial is absolutely free.
  5. How long is the free trial?

    Depending on your CRM system the trial can be either 2 weeks and up to 1 month. If you feel like you need more time, please email us at team@linkmatch.net and we’ll extend your trial for a bit longer.
  6. What happens after the free trial ends?

    You will have the option to subscribe if you would like to.
  7. How do I cancel my LinkMatch subscription?

    Either by going to the LinkMatch options page and then choosing the “Subscription Settings” tab and then clicking “Unsubscribe” or sending us a request either through linkmatch.net or at team@linkmatch.net
  8. How can I disable/uninstall LinkMatch?

    Please click on the vertically positioned 3 grey dots in the right upper corner of your Chrome browser, then “More Tools”, “Extensions”, navigate LinkMatch for “YOUR CRM SYSTEM” and then move the blue slider until it turns grey. This will disable LinkMatch. If you click the “Remove” button next to the blue slider, this will remove LinkMatch from your Chrome browser. PLEASE NOTE that neither of these actions will stop your paid LinkMatch subscription IF you have any.
  9. How can I change my billing/email/credit card information?

    By going to 2co.com which is our payment processing vendor and creating an account there with an email that you’ve used to subscribe for LinkMatch. Once done, you would be able to adjust your billing/email and credit card information.
  10. How do I transfer my LinkMatch subscription to another email?

    Please send us a request either through linkmatch.net or at team@linkmatch.net
  11. Can I have multiple LinkMatch accounts on the same billing?

    Yes, please send us the list of emails that you wish to put on the same billing either through linkmatch.net or team@linkmatch.net and in return we will send you a purchase link.
  12. How do I add/remove an additional user to my billing?

    By contacting us through our support chat at linkmatch.net or team@linkmatch.net
  13. Is there a discount for teams?

    Unfortunately, we don’t provide any discounts at the moment.
  14. LinkMatch says my subscription or trial has expired, but I paid!

Account Management

  1. How do I transfer my account settings(mapping, display options ...) to the whole team?

    By contacting us through our chat at linkmatch.net or team@linkmatch.net. We will do that promptly.
  2. Do you have a dashboard to manage users?

    Unfortunately, not at this point, but we are working on this feature and should have it available in late 2019. As a workaround for now you can email as to team@linkmatch.net to add/remove user from your billing
