LinkMatch can help you automatically create HubSpot Tasks while saving a profile from LinkedIn.
If you don't know how to use LinkMatch for saving LinkedIn profiles to your HubSpot, please refer tothis video.
LinkMatch will automatically prepupulate configured fields of the Task with the info from LinkedIn Profile so that you don't have to do it manually.
On the example from the screenshot above you can notice that the First and Last name fields, as well as task Type were prepopulated automatically by LinkMatch.
Tasks autocreation is available in LinkMatch Pro Plan.
In order to enable and configure it, you need to go to the Parsing Options -> Contacts, and check the "Autocreate" checkmark as shown on the screenshot below:
After that, the Tasks will be automatically created each time you save a profile into your HubSpot.
You can map any LinkedIn field from the LinkedIn Profile Fields area if you want to prepopulate the field with a specific info from LinkedIn.
Or you can choose to Use Default Value which is very handy if you have the same data for every task that you create. In the screenshot below you can see that the Type and Assigned To fields have default values, which saves from having to choose it manually every time when you save a new profile.
